Working with Business critical Software Applications, User requirements can grow, new Versions are delivered, installed and tested. New Reports may be requiured. New data fields, tables and update connections may be added to the Application. Sometimes data initially can end up in the wrong bucket along with new Data Entry procedures which may require training and updated documentation.
