Crystal Reports is a powerful report generating tool that delivers clarity and insight. CR enables you to visually design and customise each report or create generic reports for mass delivery.

Crystal Reports has been a leading report application for more than two decades and currently the most widely used report writer in the world - often integrated into Software Applications so that Business Users can add their own reporting requirements.

AGG specialises in providing in-house 2 or 3 day courses for up to 8 Delegates. The 3rd day depends on enterprise/business data requirements and the number of custom User Accepted and Tested reports expectation. A half day remote follow-up Q and A is provided which lasts for 90 days.

The AGG Accelerated Report Development, Learning and Development, combines the standard 2 day Introduction and the 2 day Intermediate courses into a 2 day Reporting On Call Knowledge hands on session. Exercises are multi-layered so that different skill levels can work together at the same time including those who wish a CR refresh. The more technically advanced are able to explore the 'advanced' functionalities stages of exercises. The course is dynamic and with facilitated discussions adjusts with the skill level and requirements of the Delegate group.

The Objectives of the course include providing each Delegate with enough Crystal Reporting Functionality to enable a Self Reporting Maintenance Process To Happen with ease.

Working with Live or as close to Live Backup/Test data or with a generic Microsoft Access Workshop database, a 2 day course will cover Crystal Reports Fundamentals and Intermediate including:

A third day can be added to maximise practice and delivery of real live custom reports through design to User Acceptance Testing, UAT.

Finally a Course Evaluation is detailed by each Delegate and a Certificate of Excellence is provided to each Delegate completing the Course.

Many re-enforcement exercises of Crystal Reports functionality are included in the AGG Maintenance Workshop Manual and the Delegates 'Sandpit' Directory. Delegates are encouraged to set aside time to re-work course material from the Workshop Manual as revision/reminder sessions.
